Terms of use

Last updated

These terms cover your use of this website. Our product is provided under a separate written agreement, and these terms do not change it.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. Nakato is the trading name of Presential AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“Nakato”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it. You can reach us at hello@nakato.ai.

What the site is for

The site describes Nakato, what our technology does and how we work. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it is legal, regulatory or professional advice. Any use of our product is governed by a written agreement between your organisation and us, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

Our figures

The benchmarks on this site come from controlled evaluations on standardised test cases, and what each measures, and what it was tested on, is set out on the benchmarks page. Results vary with the kind of document and how the product is configured, so they show what our technology did in those tests, not a promise of what it will do on yours.

Our content

The words, designs, pictures, logos, code samples, benchmark data and documentation on this site belong to Nakato or to those who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read them, link to them and quote short passages with a credit. Copying, adapting or republishing them for any other purpose needs our written permission; what search engines, AI assistants and those who train AI models may do is set out in the next section.

Using the site fairly

Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, disrupt it, introduce anything harmful to it, or reverse-engineer it. Search engines, AI assistants and those who train AI models are welcome to read, index and learn from it, and to quote it with a link to the page they quote. Do not copy it in bulk to republish it, or use its content to build a competing product.

Our liability

We provide the site as it is and as it is available, without warranties. We check what we publish, but we do not promise that the site is complete, current or free from error. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any other loss, that arises from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your privacy

How we handle information about you is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
